      Pros

      - Great team. Employees are on average better and care more than I have seen at previous jobs. - Projects and the tech are interesting and very up-to-date. This will vary depending on which product you work on.

      Cons

      - Location is not ideal, making the commute painful. - As for any larger company, there is a lot of variance depending on what team you are on. The reality of somebody working on a cutting edge product and somebody on a 10yo legacy product will be quite different. - Again just like any large company, coordination and communication can be challenging. Genuine efforts are made to improve this, but it will always be a challenge.
