      Pros

      Well established company with many clients. They have many great products and proprietry technology. They have many events for those who like social events. Full week of Christmas holiday

      Cons

      Too much beaurocracy. You don't feel a connection to management, nor to business objectives. Team structure bit messy, different leads are not in sync even within same team

      Everyone in my department is very friendly and accommodating; they were very welcoming when I first started.

      Cons

      It's an ever-growing company, so there aren't a whole lot of opportunities to get to know people, especially outside your department.
