      There is a nice rolling bonus system

      Cons

      There is a lot of communication issues between employees, team leads and managers. While there is now a "Career Path" defined, don't expect to really move up in that.

      Pros

      Perks at the main building in Saint-Laurent and the employees. Fun company culture, although not always professional.

      Cons

      HR Management boast that they care for employees, but when it comes to team conflicts or performance issues, they do NOT look into underlying issues or offer real solutions to improve the issue. They will simply back up the managers and pretend they are not being biased in the process, even when they are made aware that the manager is the problem. This is the case even within their own teams and their own "leadership" style.
