      - Okay healthcare and bonus

      - Lack of proper project management leading to unsatisfactory throughput, - Lack of great leadership, - No real work ethics, recently expanded team still under chaotic formation, - Very low chances of upward mobility, lots of company politics.

      Pros

      The company was wonderful, benefits, salary, food, extras. Friendly people, most of my coworkers were great.

      Cons

      Micromanagement is ridiculous. Why hire someone with experience only to smother them. Also, I was hired and then my hiring manager was fired and everything I was hired for was changed and I was told to suck it up pretty much. I went from warehouse coordinator with a team to shipper being micromanage by everyone, even non warehouse personnel.

      Pros

      Interesting field of work. It's fun being pretty close to a bunch of hardware. Pierre is an interesting person. Holiday parties were always good.

      Cons

      Management threw me under the bus when my car got broken into and my company laptop was stolen among all my personal stuff as well. They don't pay very well. Most colleagues are on the less skilled side.
