      Pros

      The company as a whole is a great atmosphere. They have decent benefits and a salaries that compete in the industry. There is a good sense of team. Very friendly and outgoing employees.

      Cons

      Growing fast, maybe too fast. No real on boarding process other than some initial training depending on your position. Positions in the field especially outside of HQ are disconnected and can make working remotely a challenge.

      Lack of organizational culture, parking issues not enough space. No clear HR processes in place, lack of communication and culture awareness
