      Gym Good Benefits from day 1 Health account 3 weeks Vacation

      Cons

      Offices are small and not well lit. Everyone is extremely stressed and overworked. Work days are very long. 9-6 etc

      Pros

      So many pro's about Genetec. They have an incredible culture and really spoil their employees. It's the type of company where not a day goes by where you are not learning something new.

      Cons

      Honestly every company has something they can improve on, if you don't like fast pace then this won't be the place for you. I don't see that as a con, I see it as growth but I am sure everyone will see it differently.
