      Ok on site resto. Some nice folks in the hall ways. Located in a clean area of Montreal.

      Very cliqueish. Plenty of incompetence by some people.

      The position was not what I was promised during interviews. There is a lot of red tape. Manager was never honest and I was let go for lack of performance after I was told repeatedly that I was doing a good job

      Pros

      Depending on the team you land, you are either going to suffer from higher ups that are on a power trip or genuine people who want you to succeed.

      Cons

      It is a race to the top. The imbalance between Software Developer and TL/Manager is obvious. Team Leads can run their teams however they want so long they have a good relationship with the manager. It is not a dictatorship, but there is a slight discomfort when the lower-end employees try to defy any of the manager's or higher up's pre-built mindsets or visions. TLDR; If you speak up, be careful. Tread lightly.
