      Pros

      GSK has good compensation when you achieve at least manager's level or higher.

      Cons

      Poor management and a leadership team more focused on looking good to the C-suite than actually supporting their people. They often take credit for employees’ work, and there’s a constant “Game of Thrones” vibe between managers and directors. Layoffs keep happening, and the company culture is shifting toward hiring cheaper, lower-quality contractors.

      Not bad, but not that good either

      Pros

      Pace is slow, overtime is not crazy, Colleagues are mostly helpful and hardworking.

      Cons

      Lots of rework, lots of meetings without outcome. Generally low empowerment to make decisions.
