      Pros

      With the acquisition of Novartis vaccines, GSK continues to be the market lead in vaccines. It's an exciting place to work with the new promising pipeline.

      Cons

      Onboarding process was rough and disorganized. Company is still working through integration of Novartis vaccines. Company recently closed its Cambridge, MA and Raleigh, NC sites in a move to reshuffle the org. Exec leadership is also worrisome with the CEO Andrew Witty stepping down next year.

      Pros

      In this day and age, thankful to have a job with decent benefits. Decent medicines to sell and love the freedom the job offers.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, upper management has given the district managers 100% of the power to rate the representatives. Managers control our ratings, pay raises and potential for bonuses. When you have a tyrannical, control freak manager, the job is unbearable.
