The culture specially inside the India GCC is soo toxic, political, and unhealthy. Favoritism in almost every decision. Few Director and Sr Director are often prioritizes and they run there personal agendas over the company’s goals or creating a healthy enviourment. There is constant power-play, and anyone who speaks up or challenges the status quo is quickly sidelined. The environment is so draining and demoralizing. There is no psychological safety, no real transparency, and no respect for genuine contributors. Instead of supporting teams, leadership creates confusion, fear, and unnecessary complexity. Many talented people have either mentally checked out or resigned because the culture makes it impossible to do real work. All leaders are doing right now saving there own --- The worst part is that the toxicity is normalized to an extent that people have accepted it as the way things operate. This isn’t just a “challenging” workplace; it is actively harmful to your morale, growth, and mental well being.

team dynamics is off and toxicity is rampant. there seems to be a political agenda for people inside the organization and they would rather help you to put it in their resume and to be collaborative with their colleagues. onboarding was almost non-existant and you had to figure the job out. leadership was not accountable and would not foster a cohesive team dynamic.
