      Very modern company to work for, great benefits and a lot of opportunities

      Cons

      Very political and no integrity in management. At the time a former employee was in a relationship with her manager’s manager and even though it was proven with pictures it was very badly managed. Put under the carpet and no HR involvement. A lot of inequality in promotions where promotions were granted to individuals that are in direct relation with management.

      Pros

      Share schemes are great Some talented people, though they are dwindling in numbers. There are some great managers, but....

      Cons

      Some appalling, inexperienced and incompetent managers in roles where they are well out of their depth...non transparent recruitment methods in the disguise of ‘talent management’. Though no one has any idea who is in the talent management pools and what the criteria are. Favouritism and nepotism are rife. Constant restructures and reorganisation.. change in direct with new CEO. Job insecurity. Fewer people to do the same work, but that’s okay because processes will be simplified...not seeing a vast lot of evidence to support that!
