      Pros

      Good salaries and benefit packages, modern facilities.

      Cons

      Very mixed culture. In paper it sounds good, but it's not the reality. There are some horrible people that have been and keep being successful in the company despite their very controversial behavior. It seems it's all about contacts and who you know. I know examples that should have been fired many years ago because of things they said and did. I've met the most narcissistic type I've ever seen in this company. So be careful, maybe you are lucky, maybe you are not....

      Great company held back by poor management

      Cons

      Leadership is cold and unapproachable with big ego Productivity expectations require work to continue at home, long into the evening hours. Rampant nepotism and cronyism involved in hiring and advancement.
