Working at gsk is satisfying as if allows you to know there is job security and the company itself is out to help the community

Cons

The bad side to side at gsk is the hours can be long and people can be obnoxious. Some people get away with murder

GSK has great values which I truly believe in and can stand behind. I'm proud to work for a company that continues to give back (be patient focused, Commit to transparency, Always demonstrate the highest integrity in our conduct, show respect to people)

Cons

As like all Pharmaceutical companies within the industry, this work can be stressful and very competitive. One could get lost, demotivated and frustrated if not grounded in knowing why they are there (patient first).
