      Pros

      GSK is a great place to work at. People are respectful and work is very challenging. I love working there.

      Cons

      There's some stress sometimes, but it's not just at GSK. Maybe a little too far from my place, but that's ok now.

      Pros

      There are many diverse, qualified and excellent people to work alongside with and share knowledge. Benefits and flexible working hours are very good.

      Cons

      Managers are focused on achieving results no matter what the cost in time including the impact on families. Systems are outdated and do not communicate properly with each other. Atmosphere has not been conducive to achieving results as the Company has been undergoing major restructuring of it's core business model with major impacts on the employees (terminating - who will be next) and job responsibilities (redefining and in some cases not clear).
