      Pros

      That company overall is very focused on employee development. The organizational processes are geared towards reaching goals and continuous improvement. There is also a promotion of a healthy work/life balance.

      Cons

      There are several pending orgainizational changes which have not yet come to light. The ambiguity of the unknown tends to be a distraction and minor concern amongst the workforce.

      Acces to training schedules, high performance technology and a very good organizational culture involved in helping the local population and business. Very good management and organization.

      Cons

      One of the cons I can report is that the top management does not assure all of the needs of employees.
