Great people, pay and benefits.

Cons

Replacing full time employees with off-source workers and contractors so historical knowledge is being lost. Those employees that remain are frustrated continuously teaching the new people. Little regard for the quality of products being delivered by IT, more concerned with being on budget and on time.
