      Good salary package, well-known international brand for future career prospects (GSK is not a forever home), training opportunities and professional development

      Cons

      Incredibly long working hours, temperamental leadership team who value $ over people (typical drug company), stressful work environment for little reward, self-promoting corporate environment, non supportive of working parents / awful work-life balance (expect 14 hour days and weekends to work)

      Strong Respiratory Division Strong Vaccine Division Good Benefits Fair compensation

      Significant inconsistencies in objectivity at the leadership level Performance ratings which determine bonus payouts are not determined by sales results they are determined by behaviors and competencies which leads to biases . Many competent sales people and producers are not receiving deserved payouts. Those who speak up & voice unpopular concerns are forced out Many gender and ethnic biases
