Pros

Inclusive, Diverse, Employee Focused and Genuine Patient Driven Focus. Colleagues are supportive, driven and the company offers opportunities to develop in career to those who aspire for it and demonstrate impact. Fair salary given balance of work/life. Fantastic culture and values and company tries hard to stay true to them and re-assess them as needed.

Cons

Given how large company is, at times people who shout loudest can be recognised in spite of minimal work/impact they have.
