The culture of the Company is the biggest pro for me. I am also incredibly proud of the work that we do, particularly on rare diseases and in lower income markets.

Management is not there to assist Teams are designed to stab each other in the back due to the culture this company creates Diversity and Inclusion is only buzz words and does not exist Work work balance mentality and you still will never do enough No rewards for hard work. No incentives to drive employees. No leadership vision. No transparency. A complete derailed train
