      Pros

      Great co-workers - smart, hard working, passionate about what they do Continued education encouraged... tuition reimbursement up to a cap, numerous non-degree classes offered internally on job related skills Career advancement - lots of opportunities to try new roles and people tend to move jobs every few years

      Cons

      Long hours - my observation is that most salaried people work more than 40 hours a week

      Pros

      Smart, dynamic, talented co-workers. Some fantastic leaders. Was an awesome place to work.

      Cons

      Daily stress and distraction on restructuring. Regular exits by both leadership and employees due to reduction-in-force (involuntary) or voluntarily leaving for better opportunity and less stress/uncertainty. There has been a lot of employment uncertainty over a prolonged period of time.

      Smart People-Colleagues Worked from home Permissive Leave Policy

      Cons

      Sink or Swim mentality of managers No support from upper management High performance is not recognized unless you are friends with the right people. Expect you to continue to achieve, but will recognize and give credit to a “favorite “ Clannish toxic environment. Hope to find a trust worthy person because people will smile your face and try to ruin your career. Management looks the other way. Lots of people in position of authority who are incompetent, rude & disrespectful. This type of attitude& behavior is rewarded. Top heavy management. Will lay off the people who do the work and add another C- suite position that dies nothing
