      Pros

      They are an industry leader for the next generation of reactors and as such are hiring rapidly. There is a lot of work to go around but there isn't a major amount of schedule pressure as of now. Strong emphasis on developing a culture that is more employee friendly (I.e. remote work, Unlimited PTO, better work life balance).

      Cons

      Limited Benefit options (I.e. can only choose between three options for health care, can't choose providers in any plan)
