Pros

Excellent benefits due to being a Sysco owned company. Work remotely and have schedule flexibility.

Cons

On call 24/7 and expected to produce new sales without backup or similar expectations on transportation or operations. Starting to get away from “customer service” based industry to only concerned with profits... sad
