Has great people and everyone works well together

Cons

Building is to small. Equipment brakes down to fast. And charging area is to small. Can't charge battery life fast enough. For next shift.

Pros

Great pay but you earn it. Hourly pay starts at 15 an hr. But u also get paid on your work effort so u can make from 1000 to 2200 a week. Company hires within itself. Room to move up the ladder. Upper management really cares

False Promises, No managerial Support, overworking hourly employees, no raises, no climbing ladder, managers only look out for each other, decisions based on discrimination, favoritism.
