Pros

Full autonomy while out. You can run your route whichever way is best for you, but necessarily according to what the paperwork says. You will get as many hours as you can every ask for!

Cons

No heads up if your route has stops added by a sales rep. NO communication with sales reps, unless you forge your own relationship with them. The company couldn’t care less about you!
