Pros

FreshPoint is a subsidiary of Sysco however as a specialty company, has a different pay structure. Benefits are comparable; pay is not. Associates use FP as a stepping stone to transfer to Sysco.

Cons

Hard to keep good associates anywhere, but when the parent company has a better comp package, associates get demoralized being treated like 2nd class citizens.
