Pay, job, management everything was good

Theres some downtime but you can delay those and they will pay you for it.

Best part about working their is that it is mostly a union job

Cons

The cons is management.. over the last 2 years they have had a management change in the president and a few warehouse supervisors. The environment has because some toxic to where management will retaliate and attempt to rate you up months late for something just because they are mad.. management also gives preferred treatment to its favorite employees and completely look away for them but right you up for just breathing. I do not recommend.. their is no way Freshpoint is rated this high, as a working employee who has talked with a lot of the employees their. 90% or extremely unhappy with their jobs.
