You get good benefits and get to work with some great coworkers some days

Cons

Management 100% picks favorites and they make sure that all of there favorite selectors ( which are Hispanic just like 98 % of all Management and the same with all the leads which get ALL the best orders to keep there cases per hour well over goal so that they make the max amount of money thats possible which screws all of us other selectors trying to make good money to support our familys but we cant because the fresh point management make absolutely sure that they get the easy bulk orders so that they make the most money while everyone else whos not the night time managements favorites works 4×s harder for a third of the money
