Pros

Co workers are cool and there is not much more to this place. Everything is smoke and mirrors don't do it

Cons

This place is great for someone who dose not have a life or a family because FreshPoint will become your life and work you until you can't do it anymore then kick you to the curb. You will get wrote up for any and everything. You have to fight for money that's owes to you and supervision sucks. I would not wish this on my worst enemy. Please let me save you some stress and don't come here.

Pros

owned by Sysco so benefits have improved.

Cons

warehouse selectors loading trucks have sucked since day one making unloading products off pallets a major challenge, constant employee turn around. employee turnover in warehouse and transportation departments is high. a lot of favoritism and politics!! work/life balance IS A MAJOR JOKE!!! for non management.

Pros

-Job is easy to obtain because of the high turnover rate. It's good if you need a job right away and not too picky about what kind of work. -Good benefits including MSP and dental after working for 3 months. -Starting wage is 12.50 so it's a little more than minimum wage. -No experience or higher education needed -Paid training on the power equipment ie: Power Jacks, and standing forklifts. -People are friendly -Paid vacations after working for 1 year

Cons

-Long Hours, After awhile you'll be required to work 6 days a week. Some days go on for 11+ hours and other days are 9 hours long. You don't have a choice. -Night shift workers should get higher pay for working demanding hours but still stay at 12.50/hour. -Eventually you will start to burn out as the work becomes more and more demanding. -workers are overworked and unhappy. -non existent work/life balance if you are in receiving or shipping department as a worker.
