Pros
Once you do your application, you can start working within a week or 2. They pay more than minimum wage.
Cons
There is really no room for advancement. I have been here for a year and they are so unorganized that they can not tell you how much PTO, UPTO, VAC you have earned. They don't know how many points people have against them from calling out. They have high expectations and only are paying 9.00 an hour for a 13.00 an hour job. When you have your coachings they talk about everything you did wrong, and nothing that you did right even if quality gave you a 100 on your call or email. Coaches don't even know the procedure for circumstances, they never answer your questions, they just tell you to check a manual.
