Call centre environment, hard work, low pay,, nasty management, no progression, dealing with snooty John Lewis customers who think they're talking to a partner but it's the Exeter call centre, on way worse pay than JL staff. Awful, don't shop with J L!

Everything, I did a week and had a bad feeling... I started job first without handing my notice in at my current job to get a feel... the feel was bleak!

Good enough starting pay, but only if you get on a good campaign.

Cons

Very high turnover, meaning alot of people leave so alot are hired. They would rather fire you over one mistake, than to listen to your side of an issue. They reprimand you for not seeking help, but no one is ever helping.
