Pros

-Promotes internal employees first. -Paid training. -Paid time off. -Ability to move up quickly with hard work. -Continues to develop each employee beyond the initial onboard training. -Laid back dress code. - Fun work place.

Cons

-Rigid attendance policy. -No TV, crafts, books, food allowed on call floor. -Growth point/training track positions are extended when promoted but salaried position isn’t available so raises for promotions can take months to years to see.

As a global company, we manage a global portfolio of worldwide clients and we need to ensure their information is safe, that's why we have some internal policies that do not allow certain devices inside the floor. Additionally, the track trainee program is an internal career advancement initiative we've developed with the objective to train our associates for future internal job opportunities. The track trainee is not an official promotion but it prepares you to learn all the skills you'll need once the position opens.

Pros

The work environment is great and within the project, you have plenty of independence. It is nowhere near as stressful as most call centers.

Cons

They would agree to provide financial aid (paid transportation and relocation packages) that you would never receive.
