      Good Benefits, some incentives and bonuses depending on the client.

      Cons

      No raises after two years, pay is too low for the type of work and doesn't keep up with the cost of living in the area where I worked anyway.

      Pros

      I love the people I work with. As you start to move up, you can tell management really cares about the agents, it's just hard to see at the agent level. There are a lot more opportunities for advancement now than when I started.

      Cons

      There is no structure or consistent communication. It is a new battle every day to avoid mess and gossip.

      Pros

      Don't let these reviews discourage, it's really not a bad place to work. Every job has its good and bad sides. I have never worked at a place where people get promoted in a timely manner like they do here. If you aren't a complete idiot, you do your job correctly, you come to work when you are supposed, you will be fine.

      Cons

      Yes the pay could be increased but it is more than many other places in the Norman area. There are a lot of smelly people here too.
