      Pros

      Most people are easy to work with. Rarely have to work over time Some time the work is very challenge.

      Cons

      Most of the time, Chinese is used for communication. Some managers work just like a regular developer (not helping other people in needs)

      Developers get lots of ownership over your features. Stock options and compensation have been very competitive so far. On the whole, people are friendly.

      Cons

      Corporate culture is bizarre to say the least. Lack of communication is pervasive between teams, individuals, and from management to employees.
