Fluor compensates their employees very well. They have an excellent online knowledge base community. Once you've established yourself as an asset they take care of you.

Cons

Fluor is a very difficult company to get your foot in the door with. The comment heard most from Fluor veterans is, if you want a promotion you must quit and work for someone else and then come back and hire in at the level you want.

- Nice staff here - The office location is beautiful - Schedule is very flexible ( Gym, Cafeteria etc) - Being an Engineering/Construction company its a whole new experience

Cons

- None so far for me.
