Big company with lots of experience.

Cons

Company is still living in the 70s. The office setting is dreary and too many of the employees are past retirement age. Badly needs to update their business model and hire fresh employees who will bring new energy to the company.

Cool work on an interesting project.

Cons

Awful PTO set up. I was on a joint venture project with several other companies and our PTO (called TOWP) was the worst out of all of them. You have to accrue holidays. The whole time I worked there the company had a policy of austerity so pay raises were reserved only for "top performers."
