Cons

Zero career advancement for women - unless you're pretty AND willing to "give a little extra" if you know what I mean. Looked in the face and told was there to fill a gender quota. HSE department is a joke. Only cares about the metrics - not addressing hazards, and will demand that HSE managers "better not have any recordables" no matter what it takes. People are disciplined for getting injured - not for committing acts that cause injuries. Backwards thinking - it's not the 80's any more guys!

Pay is good. Hours givin are awesome the choice to work sundays or even weekends is awesome the hours in a work day are ok.

Cons

employee appreciation is horrible, HR hasn't their things together, no per-diem for those (quite a few) who live 90+ Miles away.
