      Pros

      - Work with some of the best, nicest people. - Easy for me in my position to "turn" work off when I left the office - 9/80 work week schedule, so every Friday off! - Lots of fun, unique opportunities if you are willing to take them

      Cons

      - Not much work in the office - Office has been laying off employees pretty consistently over the past year and a half to two years - No real career development/growth - you are just "lucky" to have a charge number. - Without any new work coming in, SoCal office is at risk to close.

      Pros

      Management are fair and family orientated.

      Cons

      In the area I work there is very little in the way of opportunity and management have no experience (or interest it would seem) in developing staff. There is also very much the feel of it being a boys club.
