      Pros

      Latest Management team is working to improve overall performance and work environment. Weekly Pay, Compensation is fair. Insurance is offered, but is expensive. 401K match is offered.

      Cons

      Difficult work environment, relationship with customer is adversarial, office conditions leave much to be desired, union workforce has a poor relationship with management, no training or workforce development offered, high turnover among management.

      No Supervisor on site, make up time is a plus

      Cons

      No incentives to employees. You can work hard while others don't and they get paid more than you. Supervisor and managers don't even care.
