      Pros

      The benefits are decent, the micromanagement is minimal, and the pay is good. There is an awesome cafeteria so you don't have to go out for lunch and the fitness center is a good perk.

      Cons

      There is a lot of passive aggressive behavior. Too many people get thrown under the bus if they see something and speak up even when they're told to and are enouraged to by management.

      Growth opportunities, international atmosphere, values of respect for other cultures, acknowledgment of the need to incorporate more women, flexible work hours.

      Cons

      constant expansion and constant reduction of the personnel are common.

      Exciting world class work. Lots of opportunity if you're able to travel. Challenging. Fluor uses a lot of advanced systems to track progress and status. Safety conscience.

      Cons

      There is an emphasis on cost cutting. The office layout is congested. Many layers of management and reporting. Can be a cumbersome workload to keep management satisfied.
