      Pros

      Not micro managed ,regional decision making on day to day operations is the norm.

      Cons

      Benifits terrible ,especially days off no holidays no berivment no jury duty , seriously it's 2017 a billion dollar company you still have to use personal-time for holidays and jury duty Fluor should be ashamed.

      Excellent community of employees. Plentiful programs and ability to connect to people. Strong autonomy to employees. Ease of changing position and moving to new tasks, locations, and roles.

      Cons

      Larger company provides less opportunity to rise rank in the standard sense of professional development. But you can advance by changing position easily.
