Turns like a battleship Advancement is just as much based on who you know as it is what you know The Home Office doesn't do a good job of keeping you working from project to project. You end up use your social contacts to find your own work. Work is very slow right now while the economy approaches full employment. The Materials bench is pretty full right now.
