Health insurance is really great.

Cons

President treats his subordinates in an extremely disrespectful, demeaning, and degrading way. He yells, swears, pounds his fist on the table. If you ask him not to yell, he gets closer to you with this smile on his face to intimidate you. He will then, instead of yell, laugh at you and what you are saying. The CFO is new, but cannot be trusted. She is a liar who is threatened by everyone she comes across. She will say deplorable things about other employees and then deny stating those things when called on the mat about it.

The Ontario branch manager is nice but he is limited by his superiors

Cons

1. No process 2. HR makes verbal promises ie. payout for bonus, vacation, etc. and doesn't deliver 3. If you don't speak French even though it's not a requirement for your job title there is no growth 4. Limited growth you will be doing the same job your entire life 5. Engineering can't deliver a timely robust product
