Pros

Pay was good to start with. Mostly nice coworkers. The plant did offer some nice lunches and activities, such as walks or competitions.

Cons

No raises. Coworkers said they had gone 5+ years with no raise. Constant firings, layoffs and restructuring. Management is cut-throat. Often remote management. Often expects one person to do the work that many were doing. Most employees are very near retirement and very resistant to change or efficiency.
