      Bait and Switch - Worst working environment ever

      Pros

      So many people are concerned with being "VP's" and looking important, they forget to look at you.

      Cons

      They will tell you anything and everything you want to hear then point fingers at everyone else when it's time to execute the plans. Everyone wants to be the boss but no one wants to actually do any of the work. Horrible horrible environment.

      Management has no foresight or planning ability. People are commodities and not valued. A lot of talk and no action.
