Company went off the rails
Pros
people... there are many experienced employees in Cinetic that are dedicated and trustworthy of performing to a higher level and take pride in their work as well as supporting others to tackle any issues to get the job done!
Cons
Senior management (especially CEO who is nothing short of a micromanager and won’t respect the management layers result of his own creation) ... new CEO has brought in many of his own people from his previous company and they have fallen flat on their faces. Sales are a disaster (losing market share as well as simple interface with customer), engineering management doesn’t communicate with our own departments and the blaming game is incentivized by the managers themselves. Overall there is no vision with the organization and employees are wondering how long it will take for the company to go under or overtaken by any of the competitors . This has been clearly talked about from all within the organization but it goes on deaf ears. Now to keep somewhat busy there are deals being made with our competitors allowing them to build their equipment on our floor. (BIG RISK)
