Pros

Hours are fine most of the time, workload isn't very bad at all, environment is ok, and great co-workers.

Cons

Hours can be ridiculous at times, No OT at this time, management can be blunt and non empathetic at times, hourly rate could/should be way better.

Good benefits, good work-life balance. Respected brand name. Opportunities to work with customers in many industries. Capable people who are focused on customer service.

Cons

Sales dwindling, no support for existing services, customers leaving, employees losing jobs. Too much focus on one product. No ongoing training or professional development for employees. Morale very low.
