Have been working 7 days a week (mandated) now they have changed to work two 12 hr days off one then work two more 12 hr days then an 8 hr shift one day off

There are many opportunities for training and education.

Cons

As a management member the employees are allowed to do as they please with few repercussions. You are more of an adult baby sitter than anything else. If you try to hold accountability your ability to lead will come in question. When layoff came there was no communication with the management team and all were left hanging.
