Tech Center has a decent workout facility, reasonably priced for employees & contractors.

Cons

Below-market pay for FTEs. On-site contractors are shown the door after just 11 months.

Pros

Ethical company with a work life balance. As a professional staff member you have give and take on both side. Balance, not perfection is the goal.

Cons

It's still up to an individual to set boundaries to maintain work life balance, but in my experience this has not been an issue.
