Pros

This is a stable company by virtue of services offered to its customers. Good benefits. If you want to advance, read job descriptions and work on qualifications.

Cons

Stacked sideways with burned out employees who are difficult to work with and unpredictable with customers. Management is focused on operational and legal issues, not employee performance or customer service.

Pros

it was ok. good working hours. great team atmosphere. overall, would recommend to someone young or in school needing part time work.

Cons

there is no down side really. maybe the shift from 3 am to 7 am. working saturdays maybe. just ok.
