Long hours, little recognition, no clear direction, no teamwork, executives make bad choices, development opportunities nil, budget cuts, small bonus amounts, very small merits for high degree of work.

coworkers and pay if you live through the stress they put you through

Cons

no matter how hard you work it is not good enough. I is always your fault not the managements,even if they made a bad call the hourly worker in the end is to blame
